Shipping 

Product Receiving Instructions: 

• Please inspect all shipment(s) upon receipt of delivery by Blossom.
• Please sign for piece(s) count as well as pallet count(s).
• When using FREIGHT CARRIER inspect all boxes and make sure no damages have accrued during shipment.
• The freight carrier has acknowledged the receipt of this shipment from our facilities in good condition. By your acceptance of the shipment from the carrier, you acknowledge that the product has been delivered in good condition. Blossom Corporation cannot be responsible for loss or damage if you give the carrier receipt of acceptance.
• If any shortages or damages are discovered upon delivery, make a notation of damage(s) and/or shortage on the item(s) with a representative from the carrier present before accepting the order.

 In-stock items are usually shipped
within 5 to 7 business days using a common carrier. Items temporarily out of stock will be notified
to the dealer with an approximate delivery date.

Returns

 Returns are permitted within 30 days of receipt of product(s) unopened and undamaged. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with any returns, and will be responsible for up to a 25% restocking fee(s). Blossom Corporation only accepts any returned items that can be resold; refunds will not be issued in full for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received, we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments and email returns@allthingsvanity.com with the shipment tracking number.

Cancellations:  Cancel/Change Order must report within 24 hours to avoid shipping charge. Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee

Warranty

1 year from the date of purchase.

Faucets

Blossom warrants, to the original consumer, the ceramic cartridge, parts and the finish used in Blossom faucets to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a “Lifetime,” as long as the original consumer owns the home in which the faucet(s) are installed. If any such Blossom faucet proves to be defective during the warranty period to the original owner, Blossom will provide replacement parts free of charge at the location of the purchase.

This warranty does not cover ceramic cartridges, parts or finishes which have been improperly installed, damaged or subjected to misuse or abuse used in a location other than a residential kitchen or faucets which are scratched or scuffed due to the use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. This warranty does not cover shipping costs, labor costs, or any other costs associated with the installation or replacement of the product/parts and is extended only to the original consumer-purchaser of the faucet.

Blossom is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of its faucets or ceramic cartridges, and its liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective material at the location of purchase.

Blossom makes no additional warranties, expressed or implied, and any implied warranty including that of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose is limited in its duration to the duration of the written limited warranties set forth herein. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and may also have other rights, which vary from state to state, or province to province.
