Shipping

All merchandise is shipped from warehouse in Miami, FL. In-stock items are usually shipped
within 3 to 5 business days using common carrier. Items temporarily out of stock will be notified
to the dealer with an approximate delivery date.

Returns

Shipment that need to be returned must be emailed to our customer service department(returns@allthingsvanity.com) within 30
days of receipt of merchandise. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns that are not
approved factory defects. Merchandise can only be returned for credit with approved
authorization.

Warranty

Chans Furniture warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a 90-
day limited period from the date of delivery. This limited warranty is voided if the item has been
subjected to faulty maintenance, abuse, liquidated damages (Finishes are water resistant, not
waterproof), misuse, or other damage; if it was not installed properly or it was modified in any
way. The sellers option to exchange the product under this warranty does not cover any labor or
other costs of removal or installation and shall no be responsible for any additional costs.
